30-day return window.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the delivery date. Contact us before sending an item back so we can review the request and provide instructions.

Return conditions

Simple, clear next steps.

Items should be returned in their original condition, unused where applicable, and with original packaging where reasonably possible.
Proof of purchase or order information may be required.
Return requests may be declined if received after the 30-day return window or if items are damaged through misuse, missing essential parts, or otherwise ineligible under applicable law.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Refunds

Request review	We review return requests after receiving the relevant order information and, where needed, photos or additional details.
Return approval	If approved, we provide return instructions. Approval does not guarantee a refund until the returned item is inspected where applicable.
Refund timing	After approval, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
